Senior Storage Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Storage Engineer to design, operate, and optimize large-scale enterprise storage systems across on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you'll ensure high availability, performance, and data resiliency for critical business applications while serving as a technical leader within the Data Center Operations team.
What You'll Do
• Architect and deploy scalable SAN, NAS, and object storage solutions.
• Manage and optimize storage platforms across multiple data centers and cloud providers.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex performance and availability issues.
• Implement and maintain backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Automate provisioning and operational workflows using Power Shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure security, compliance, and adherence to ITIL processes.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise storage engineering or infrastructure operations.
• Expertise with platforms such as Dell EMC, Net App, Pure Storage, or HPE.
• Strong understanding of SAN/NAS architectures and cloud storage (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with data protection, DR technologies, and virtualization environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Vendor certifications (Dell EMC, Net App, etc.).
• VMware, ITIL, or cloud certifications.
