Key Responsibilities # Perform direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision# Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints# Administer medications, injections, and#monitor#patient responses# Perform EKGs, wound care, and other clinical procedures within scope# Assist#physicians and advanced practice providers during exams and minor procedures# Coordinate patient care, referrals, follow-up appointments, and discharge instructions# Manage phone triage and patient communications# Document thoroughly and accurately in EMR/EHR systems# Maintain infection control and safety standards# Execute and support individualized care plans with professionalism and empathy# # Collaborative Teamwork# This role involves working closely with our Primary Clinic team to deliver effective, patient-focused services in a supportive and inclusive environment.#You#ll#partner
