Overview

Position: Clinical Supervisor

Location: Ridgecrest, CA 93555

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with evenings and weekends, as needed

Language: English and Spanish;
Bilingual preferred but not required.

Salary: $78,000 - $82,000

What You’ll do:

Clinical Leadership:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses.
  • Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and program directors and Clinical Director to coordinate treatment and ensure effective communication.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and HIPAA regulations
  • Monitor billing and service delivery to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with administrative staff on operational matters, such as scheduling and resource allocation

Professional Development:

  • Stay current with research and best practices in ABA by attending conferences and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals
