We’re getting ready to reopen the Wilbraham Arms in Alsager with a stunning refurbishment, fantastic menu, and a fresh team of passionate people. We're now looking for Front of House Team Members aged 18 or over
, as this role includes bar service responsibilities.

All roles for under-18s have now been filled. To comply with licensing regulations, we’re now specifically recruiting over-18s who can work behind the bar as part of a dynamic, friendly team.

• Greeting and serving guests with warmth and confidence
• Taking orders, serving food & drinks, and making recommendations
• Working behind the bar and helping keep guest areas clean and welcoming
• Supporting your team during busy shifts and helping where needed
• Delivering excellent service that keeps guests coming back

• Aged 18 or over (essential)
• A positive, can-do attitude and a love for working with people
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus – but not essential
• A passion for great service and a willingness to learn
