Book-keeper

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients and the company.
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and supplier/customer accounts regularly.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee salary records.
• Assist in preparing management reports, financial statements, and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, following up on outstanding balances.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve bookkeeping processes and financial controls.
