Base pay range:
Up to $62/HR. 8-hour shifts. Actual pay based on skills and experience.

• Instruction and Curriculum Adaptation:
  Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.
• Individualized Education Programs (IEPs):
  Create, implement, and manage IEPs for students, ensuring goals are met and documented appropriately.
• Assessment and Monitoring:
  Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to track their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive educational plan for each student.
• Supportive Environment:
  Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the unique needs of students with special needs.
