Pay Rate: $ 23.00/hr

Assignment Type: Onsite

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Tuesday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

As a Lead Warehouse Associate , you will play a key leadership role in driving productivity, professionalism, and accuracy within the warehouse. You’ll support daily operations by guiding associates, ensuring safety compliance, and helping the team perform at its best. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong warehouse leadership experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Assign daily work and monitor team activities to meet productivity goals
• Train and instruct associates on proper equipment use, operational procedures, and housekeeping standards
• Ensure availability and proper use of tools, materials, and supplies
• Oversee equipment usage and enforce all safety procedures and programs
• Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels and performing reconciliations
• Address performance issues and assist in resolving workflow challenges to maximize productivity

• 4+ years of warehouse experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and mentoring team members
• Solid math and analytical skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

• Steel-toed boots required
