Position: Beechcraft King Air 350 Captain – Richmond (KFCI)

Overview

Join a professional, safety-first flight department as Captain on a meticulously maintained Beechcraft Super King Air 350. You will lead domestic and international missions, deliver an exceptional passenger experience for high-net-worth clientele, and operate to the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and discretion. This is an on-site role based near Richmond, VA, with frequent travel and dynamic scheduling.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the King Air 350, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations on every leg.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including performance, weight and balance, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
  • Uphold impeccable standards of customer service and confidentiality when supporting high-net-worth individuals and sensitive operations.
  • Maintain aircraft readiness, coordinate with maintenance and dispatch, and ensure accurate operational documentation.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, superior CRM, and proactive risk management in all phases of flight.
Qualifications
  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-engine turbine: 1,000 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical:
    Class 1
  • Type rating:
    Not required (company-sponsored training provided)
  • Passport:
    Valid, with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Relocation:
    Must live within, or be willing to relocate to within, 1 hour of KFCI (not a home-based position)
  • Travel & schedule:
    Frequent travel (overnights and international). Available for on-call duty, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Visa sponsorship:
    Not provided
Preferred / Additional
  • King Air 350 type rating (preferred) or willingness to obtain via company-sponsored training
  • 250+ hours PIC in type (highly preferred)
  • Experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace procedures, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Calm, customer-focused professionalism with absolute discretion for VIP operations
  • Disciplined decision-making, CRM, and a proactive safety mindset
