Our CDL drivers are people‑oriented and instantly make passengers feel safe and secure. They work closely with clients and provide excellent customer service. CDL drivers are well‑dressed, personable, and professional as they transport clients safely to their destinations.

As a VCU Operator, you will transport students along designated routes for Ram Ride or Ram Safe, ensuring safe, smooth, and timely transportation across campus. VCU Operators are responsible for conducting thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and well‑maintained.

• Driving and transporting clients.
• Adhere to the Four Golden Moments of client contact.
• Welcome/Greet the client and discuss amenities.
• Thank the client for choosing RMA Worldwide.
• Follow DOT regulations where applicable.
• Maintaining Travel Logs/Fuel Vehicle.
• Safety Management.
• Vehicle Inspection/Safety checks.

• CDL Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement
• One year with Passenger Endorsement
• Communicating and cooperating with dispatch.
• A valid DOT card
• Attending routine compliance and customer service training.

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.

Eligible chauffeur positions at RMA (Black Car Chauffeurs, Motorcoach Operators, and Shuttle Ambassadors) offer a sign‑on bonus. Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment. Once eligible, bonuses are paid in equal monthly installments through payroll (12 installments for full‑time, 6 installments for part‑time). Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time each installment is paid.

Any unpaid installments are forfeited upon separation of employment. This program supports retention and does not constitute guaranteed compensation.
