• Assist in loading and unloading rental equipment from the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
• Safely transport rental items to event locations, following designated routes and adhering to local traffic laws.
• Collaborate with team members to set up and arrange rental items at event sites according to client specifications and company standards.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure all items are clean, functioning, and damage-free.
• Communicate with clients upon arrival to confirm delivery details and answer any questions they may have.
• Dismantle and retrieve rental items from event sites after the event concludes.
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup schedules to ensure timely service.
• Assist with inventory management by reporting any missing or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and assist with various tasks as needed, including participation in team meetings and contributing to a positive team culture.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in event rental, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks associated with delivery and setup.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive client interactions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
