Delivery Driver

Gelati Celesti Ice Cream is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, positive, and motivated Delivery Driver to join our hardworking team. This role is essential to ensuring our handcrafted ice cream arrives safely, accurately, and on time to our retail shops and wholesale partners across Richmond.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll represent Gelati Celesti's commitment to quality, teamwork, and community whether you're loading the truck, navigating deliveries, or greeting our restaurant partners.

• Accurately pull, stage, and organize orders for delivery
• Load, transport, and unload ice cream tubs and accompanying dry goods
• Deliver products safely and on schedule to retail locations and wholesale customers
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as needed
• Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment
• Work collaboratively with production and shop teams to meet daily delivery needs
• Represent Gelati Celesti with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude

• Flexible availability required, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Work performed in varied environments, including outdoor summer heat, cold walk-in freezers, and busy restaurant settings

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb in and out of delivery vehicles throughout the shift
• Ability to safely load and unload delivery trucks multiple times per shift
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and physically demanding conditions
• Stamina to perform physically active work for the duration of scheduled shifts
