Domicile Driver

Position Summary

CBW is launching a Domicile Driver position to support expanding operations in the North Carolina/South Carolina region. We are seeking internal qualified CDL drivers interested in a temporary relocation to the VA/NC area. Drivers selected will run as domiciled drivers for routes in the NC/SC area.

This role is ideal for self-starting drivers looking for consistent Class A miles and pay, temporary change of pace, and the opportunity to be a part of a pilot program that could scale as CBW continues to grow.

• Priority consideration for future permanent domicile positions if program expands.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 1-year CBW Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR and CSA history.
• Ability to temporarily relocate for up to 90 days.
• Willingness to adapt to new route, shuttle schedules, and housing arrangements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to self-manage in a lightly supervised setting.
• Ability to deliver Royal Farms route in compliance with CBW policies and procedures.
• Ability to deliver within store fixed route delivery windows.
