• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Take directions from dispatcher, adhere to assigned routes, follow schedules, and use navigation apps.
• Assist with loading/unloading items from vehicles without interfering with customer operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Accept payments, prepare reports, and reconcile money related to deliveries.
• Complete daily vehicle maintenance checks and notify manager of issues.
• Assist with other store/warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must meet company insurance requirements (drivers 21+).
• Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
• Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 lbs (Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers lift 75 lbs).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Manage, track and account for money transactions and reconcile customer balances.
• Use a tablet/mob device for navigation, routing, tracking, and signature capture.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills; communicate professionally, tactfully.
• Follow directions and work well as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work overtime when needed.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Must meet all the above minimum requirements and KSAs.
