A professional sports organization is seeking a full-time Minor League Strength & Conditioning Coach to join the Baseball Operations team. This role focuses on implementing Strength & Conditioning protocols with an affiliated team within the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing daily training sessions, prescribing individualized programs, and collaborating with various departments. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, certifications like NSCA – CSCS, and possess 1-3 years of relevant experience.

This position will report to both Phoenix, AZ and the affiliate city during the Championship season.
