Customer Service Representative- Summer Seasonal -North

Looking for a summer of fun, friendship, and an opportunity to grow relationships in the Richmond community? If you love the water, outdoor pools, people, and kids you will love SwimRVA-North. This summer seasonal position as the SwimRVA-North Relationship Coach will help provide an amazing summer experience for all members guests and staff to help build relationships within the SwimRVA community.

This position will be at our SwimRVA-North outdoor location. This is a seasonal position from May 1st through September 30th. You will need to be able to work mostly evenings and weekends.

The mission of SwimRVA is to elevate swimming in the Richmond region making water safety and aquatic fitness more accessible to all. SwimRVA believes our strength and impact is driven by our people. We invest in the growth and development of our team members in order to grow our impact.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Customer Service oriented with a passion to serve our members and guests and help build relationships
• Member service responsibilities including answering phones, checking members in, completing sales and transactions, and in-person customer engagement
• Inventory Management
• Interact and engage with SwimRVA-North families and guests
• Build relationships that promote a collaborative environment
• Ability to multitask
• Promote safety while having the best summer ever

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Customer service oriented, organized, efficient, and positive
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Help coordinate a positive experience for all indoor and outdoor activities
• American Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain

• Part-Time Seasonal position
• Starting salary at $14.25/hour
• Up to 40 hours per week available
