We are seeking an experienced Cloud AWS Engineer to design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions that support enterprise infrastructure requirements.
This role involves creating conceptual, logical, and physical designs, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud engineering, solution delivery, and software development.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement architecture and solutions using AWS cloud technologies.
- Serve as a hands‑on technical engineer for strategic system projects focused on cloud development and implementation.
- Perform resolution of complex hardware, software, and operating system issues in cloud hosting environments.
- Oversee problem avoidance actions and implement changes to business information and technical systems.
- Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
- Evaluate, recommend, and select new software/hardware solutions.
- Implement change and problem management using standard tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and security guidelines.
- Lead highly technical projects and mentor technical staff on tools and standards.
- Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to technical standards.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of IT solution delivery and engineering experience.
- Hands‑on experience with public, private, and hybrid cloud services, including planning, development, migration, and integration of applications.
- Expertise in AWS Cloud technologies and tools such as Terraform, AWS Config, AWS Inspector, and Guard Duty.
- Software development experience with Golang or Python (additional languages such as NodeJS, Java, Angular are a plus).
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with risk management and change control processes.
