The React Js Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
The ideal candidate will build reusable components, deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensure application performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
The role also requires leadership capabilities as an individual contributor and a strong commitment to delivering robust, maintainable, and high-performance mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new user-facing features using React Native for iOS and Android applications.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for long-term scalability.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of mobile devices and OS versions.
- Architect, build, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient React Native applications.
- Implement smooth animations, transitions, and interactions to provide a seamless user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs and backend services as required.
- Collaborate with team members working on various infrastructure layers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Work independently as an individual contributor while also supporting team collaboration.
- 10+ years of experience in front-end/mobile development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native, React.js, and core React principles.
- Experience with popular React workflows such as Flux or Redux.
- Experience with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js.
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile API integrations.
- Knowledge of modern authentication methods such as JWT.
- Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, optimization, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
- Ability to function as a self-driven individual contributor.
- Experience working in the healthcare domain.
- Knowledge of isomorphic React.
- Familiarity with performance testing and benchmarking for mobile applications.
