Role Type: Full‑time / Part‑time – Part‑time Pay: $45/hour
Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; as needed
Responsibilities- Provide training, workshops, and one‑on‑one support for faculty, staff, and students on AI tools, responsible use, and practical applications.
- Assist academic programs in developing AI‑related certificates and degrees, and support the integration of AI competencies into existing curricula across disciplines.
- Build or customize in‑house AI tools—including chatbots, workflow automations, and analytics applications—to enhance teaching and learning, business processes, and student services.
- Collaborate with departments across the college to expand institutional AI capacity.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends, and maintain resources and guidance for the campus community.
- Support the development and execution of the college’s AI strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree; experience using AI technologies and supporting end‑users in technology adoption.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in education, instructional design, or workforce development (preferred).
- Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and experience building AI applications or automations (preferred).
