Description:

• We are seeking an experienced, senior-level Power Builder developer to provide analysis, support, and maintenance for the client legacy system, as well as development and implementation of the system interface under the direction of client.
• This individual will work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems.
• Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team.
• Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify analyze, assess requirements.
• Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.
• Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation Power Builder Applications.

• Hands‑on experience developing Powerbuilder applications using Power Builder 12.5 or higher – Required 7 Years.
• Design and develop clear and maintainable code – Required 5 Years.
• Team Foundation (Azure Dev Ops) Server and its use to support version control, and application lifecycle management – Required 5 Years.
• Experience working with Agile/scrum project management methodologies – Required 2 Years.
• Able to work independently as well as in a teamwork environment – Required 2 Years.
• Pay attention to details and have a driven mindset – Required 2 Years.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Able to coordinate with other application development teams, team leads business analysts. – Required 2 Years.
• Hands‑on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar – Required 7 Years.
• Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge – Highly desired 7 Years.
