• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable, reusable, and maintainable applications that handle large amounts of data.
• Take full ownership of work from development and testing to deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, designers, and leadership.
• Be a trusted team member in matters of technical architecture, design, and code.
• Advocate for evolution and improvement—both technical and non‑technical, including new technologies, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting common database issues.
• 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, and optimizing views, stored procedures, and functions using T‑SQL.
• Familiar with tools that aid SQL profiling and performance tuning.
• Expertise in database design, complex T‑SQL programming, performance tuning, and index analysis.
• Facilitate discussions among database developers to exchange ideas and introduce new database technologies.
• Track record of commitment to prior employer.

• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to both business and technical partners.
• Knowledge of advanced SSIS concepts to handle complex tasks like importing large files and loading data into a database.
