Foster Care Case Manager

About The Role

Clarvida is seeking a Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Case Manager to provide direct care services within a child placing agency setting. In this role, you will support children and families involved in Treatment Foster Care through treatment plan development, implementation, and ongoing case management using therapeutic and behavioral interventions grounded in best-practice models. This position is community-based and requires independence, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work directly in clients’ homes and other community environments.

Salary: $34,000 – $40,000

• Provide case management services within Treatment Foster Care programs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic and behavioral interventions and skills training
• Work independently in client homes and community settings
• Collaborate with foster parents, biological families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress and adjust services as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Special Education, or similar)
• Minimum of one (1) year of case management experience working with children and families
• Prior Therapeutic Foster Care experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Active state-minimum auto insurance
• Ability to pass all required background checks
