An exciting opportunity has arisen in Richmond for a seasoned professional to join our Community and Advice Support Team (CAST) as a Senior Team Member. This role is designed for individuals who are adept at navigating fast‑paced environments and are committed to providing short‑term interventions that are not overly complex but require quick, decisive action.

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating a proven track record in leadership roles, guiding and supporting a dedicated team. You will leverage your expert knowledge in safeguarding practices to ensure the safety and well‑being of all clients. Additionally, your previous involvement with Front Door or CAST teams will showcase your ability to handle initial inquiries and assessments efficiently.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Social Work England registration and eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and post‑qualified experience
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
