The Country Club of Virginia is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Team. This role is critical to ensuring member comfort, kitchen operations, and event success by maintaining and repairing complex commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the Club.

Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and install commercial HVAC systems
Maintain rooftop units, boilers, heat pumps, DX and VRF systems
Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers/freezers and ice machines
Execute preventive maintenance programs
Respond to work orders through our repair system
Support Club events with HVAC adjustments and system oversight
Assist team members across trades when needed
5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Strong refrigeration background
Universal EPA Certification
Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
Experience with commercial control systems
Professional demeanor in a member-focused environment
Willingness to work overtime and on-call when required
Journeyman or Master license
Building Automation System experience (Alerton, Carrier)
Hospitality or private club experience
Professional, team-oriented environment
Stable year-round employment
