We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Audubon Village Apartments in Richmond, VA. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation for maintenance equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• HVAC certification with 3+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Background screening and drug test required.
