HVAC Mechanic

Brief Description

Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a full‑time HVAC Mechanic to support our contract located at the Lewis

F. Powell US Courthouse in Richmond, VA.

Monday through Friday: 7:00 am–3:30 pm. Hourly pay rate: $32.00 per hour. Health and welfare pay: $1,211 per month (per CBA) and offers vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, and pension plan per the collective bargaining agreement. Candidate must be willing to obtain/maintain Nate Certification within 6 months of employment. Effective 4/1/2026 HVAC Mechanic (Nate Certified) hourly pay rate will be $35.02 per hour.

HVAC Mechanic must have a minimum of five years experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment, be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment and building systems. Candidates must also have general maintenance knowledge on how to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.
