Industrial Electrician

We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. The role involves working safely and maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical/electronic components and equipment associated with all primary production, auxiliary, and support equipment, performing preventive maintenance checks, and basic electrical construction work (bending conduit, pulling wire, building & mounting electrical panels).

USD $36.85–$36.90 per hour, including shift differential.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, and remove electrical/electronic equipment or systems using appropriate test equipment (voltage meter, oscilloscope, etc.), technical manuals, schematics, drawings, ladder logic, and other documentation.
• Follow all prescribed safety precautions, procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Work with operators, craftsmen, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and basic electrical construction work.

• Electrical Journeyman level Certification/License or equivalent experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to carry out instructions (verbal and written).
• Capacity to work independently or in groups.
• Analytical mindset to gather, review, and analyze information to identify and resolve problems.

• Prior mechanical and/or electrical experience.
