Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Perform routine general maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with team members and residents to handle concerns as requested.
• Diagnose and assess multiple types of maintenance needs, including complex problems and failures.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Work under pressure, in confined spaces, wet environments, and with electrical equipment and circuits, in any combination.
• Read and interpret blueprints.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Commercial experience required.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem‑solving skills.
