Colonial Webb is seeking HVAC Helpers to join our Building Service team in Richmond, VA.

• Load and unload project materials from company vehicles into job sites.
• Furnish experienced mechanics with materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and devices during installation.
• Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of mechanic’s tools and equipment.
• Cleans work area and restocks supplies and materials as necessary.

• Knowledge of HVAC industry or willingness to learn.
• Completion of (or currently completing) HVAC trade school (not required, but a plus).
• EPA certification, or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Knowledge of basic construction/shop math.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
