Position SummarySeeking a driven and motivated HVAC Technician to join our service team focusing on commissioning, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and ventilation systems at different sites. Field Service Technicians should be comfortable working outdoors, using ladders, and working in tight spaces. The position involves diagnosing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC and ventilation systems at various locations and will include extensive formalized training and mentorship.

A Day In The LifeA Commercial HVAC Field Service Technician role encompasses a wide variety of tasks where one day does not look exactly like the next. The jobs we handle are high in volume and unique, requiring interaction with customers and multi‑department collaboration.
Typical Tasks Include- Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment.
- Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC equipment.
- Develop and maintain a service schedule.
- Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily.
- HVAC / HVAC‑R skill set desired.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools.
- Must be safety‑mindful.
- Work in outdoor conditions and tight spaces.
- Use of ladders for roof access.
- Passion for work with an aggressive nature to succeed.
- Willing to travel for training opportunities.
