Required Qualifications
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Driver’s license
- Apprenticeship, certification, or license in a dedicated trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC
- Experience in a variety of trades
- Experience with snow removal
- Demonstrated experience leading and completing a variety of projects
- Forklift certification
- Experience with small engine/mechanical repair

Travel RequirementsTravel as per any required duties of the position, such as to sites/campuses and any training. Ability to cover assignments throughout the college service region as necessary for the job is required.
