Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, service, and maintain VDL equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and service documentation.
• Document all service activities, findings, and resolutions in detailed service reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during and after installations.
• Communicate effectively with internal engineering, project management, and service teams.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and customer site requirements.
• Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and recommend solutions to customers.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer needs.
• Maintain a professional company image while delivering high-quality customer service.
