Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, service, and maintain VDL equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and service documentation.
- Document all service activities, findings, and resolutions in detailed service reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during and after installations.
- Communicate effectively with internal engineering, project management, and service teams.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and customer site requirements.
- Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and recommend solutions to customers.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer needs.
- Maintain a professional company image while delivering high-quality customer service.
