This is a full-time, on-site role for a Repair Technician located in Richmond, VA. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining furniture and other related products. Daily tasks include performing inspections, conducting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, completing repairs with precision, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Hands-on skills in Furniture repair, handyman services
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA, and adhere to timely schedules
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precision repairs
• Prior experience in furniture repair or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
