• Be a Property Pro:
  Perform efficient and high‑quality apartment turns to get units ready for our next residents.
• Fix it Right:
  Use your skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Solve Resident Problems:
  Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers to ensure everyone is satisfied and informed.
• Stay Ready:
  Join our rotating on‑call schedule to respond to urgent issues and keep our community running smoothly.

• Two years of maintenance experience:
  You've been in the game and know the ropes.
• A team player:
  We work better together, and we want someone who feels the same.
• A clean record:
  You'll need to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Competitive Compensation:
  Starting at $22/hour for Maintenance Tech I (1+ year of experience and HVAC certification). Starting at $24/hour for a Maintenance Tech II (3+ years of experience and HVAC certification).

Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shifts and on‑call rotation
