Now we’re looking for a skilled Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead from the front and elevate our crews on-site.

• Pay Range: $60,000–$90,000 annually based on experience

Located in Richmond, VA, your role as Commercial Electrical Foreman includes:

• Keeping Safety First:
  Uphold safety protocols and ensure a secure job site
• Planning the Work:
  Manage timelines, materials, and crew coordination
• Leading the Team:
  Deliver top-tier installations and keep projects on track
• Troubleshooting on Site:
  Identify issues and keep jobs moving forward
• Communicating with Clients:
  Maintain strong relationships and a professional presence

• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR/First Aid, and lift training certifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Journeyman’s license preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
