We are seeking an experienced and passionate skilled mechanic to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing golf course, landscape, and construction equipment that are utilized on a professionally maintained 3 hole-golf course, a number of residential yards, and driving range. As the mechanic, you will also play a role in maintaining the appearance of the residential and common area yards to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing for family members to enjoy.

Richmond Farm is a private family retreat located a few minutes outside of Ligonier, Pennsylvania. The property exists to provide space for family interaction, including but not limited to outdoor exploration, sports and competitive play, the opportunity to form meaningful life experiences, and promote positive character values among family members.

• The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, consistently apply golden rule standards, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and can deliver based on results.
• The individual will have experience in equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, and strong record keeping skills, with a High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent and at least 2 years as a lead mechanic for the repair and maintenance of golf course equipment or related experience.
• The final candidate selected is skilled in using various mechanical tools with a fortitude to properly care for and handle utility equipment and machinery used in yard maintenance.
• Perform daily checks to ensure quality of cut for rotary, reel, and tractor mowing attachments.

• A competitive hourly wage starting at $28.00 per hour
• Full-time at 40 hours per week including OT pay at 1.5 x
