Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr (dependent on skills and experience)

Shift: Full-Time, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Location: Richmond, VA

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to repair and maintain tractor and trailer equipment at our Reyes Beverage Group shop.

• Repair, maintain.
  
  Cell State, and overhaul fleet diesel equipment, and diagnose and rebuild clutches and brake systems.
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders using the online Asset Works system.
• Operate a company vehicle for roadside service calls and ensure equipment is road‑worthy.
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or Xata Net) and/or cameras (Drive Cam).
• Work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal safety policies and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds.
• Must possess own tools (minimum requirement).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with DOT regulations to operate company vehicles.

• Technical school certification.
