Job Summary Responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of all property and equipment.

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections of all facility – troubleshooting related equipment and systems; make repairs and adjustments as necessary.
• Performs moderate to complex electrical repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex plumbing repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex general carpentry.
• Performs general painting including spackling, hole repair, and dry wall replacement.
• Assists with trash pickup and removal of the interior and exterior of the facility.
• Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge in HVAC, electrical equipment, plumbing, commercial kitchen equipment, basic repairs, painting, and wallpaper.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical certifications in related fields preferred.
• Two (2) years’ work experience in related field.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimum three (3) years of driving history.

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time; sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• May be required to work in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and vibration.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Work environment may vary in levels of crowds, noise, flashing lights, and smoke, depending on the assigned station and guest volume.
