IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full‑time commercial electrical foreman in Richmond, Virginia.

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers وَ plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for the area of supervision.
• Confirms completion and documentation of project daily, weekly, and monthly safety activities and reporting.
• Inspects the quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers, enforcing safety regulations and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.

• Minimum 6‑10 years of recent commercial electrician experience or related experience.
• State Electrical license strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre‑employment (post offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
