Overview
Lead Install Technician role are seeking a skilled Lead Technician or Level 2 Technician who can work independently and is eager to enhance leadership capabilities through training. This role involves leading projects focused on the installation, termination, configuration, and testing of enterprise security systems with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Lead project teams for system installations.
- Organize and manage workload efficiently and effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide general supervision over projects.
- Ensure quality control and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Track and report project progress accurately.
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise security systems, including:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- IP Cameras
- Intrusion Systems
- Video Analytics
- IP Networks
- Visitor Management
- Access Control:
Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, Open Path - Video:
Axis, Exacq, Milestone, Max Pro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha - Locking Hardware: ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite
- Intrusion:
Vista, DSC, Bosch, DMP
- Installation & troubleshooting of security systems
- Electrical knowledge
- Alarm systems service
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire; based out of Richmond, VA. Fully onsite.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
