EMC Mechanical Services is looking to expand our team and bring on a Medgas Plumber! The Medgas Plumber is responsible for all aspects of commercial installations including, but not limited to: the complete installation of plumbing, water, and gas systems in a commercial setting. They must also be able to read, understand, and apply information from blue prints and apply them accurately to the job s person will remain in clear communication with the job Foreman/Superintendent as needed to share progress.
They will also assist in the development of Helpers/Apprentices.

What You'll Do:
* Run Med Gas Piping .
* Low Voltage Wiring and Brazing.
* Installation of Head Wall Units.
* Run/make connections to Booms.
* Material Take Offs.
* Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.
* Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures.
* Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment.
* Assemble and install valves and fittings.
* Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.
* Maintain documentation for all building codes, installation requirements, and relevant legislation.
* Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing systems and fixtures.
* Apply all codes to installations, repairs, and maintenance.
* Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met.
* Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded; that they meet the requirements of the appropriate codes; and that they meet environmental protection requirements.
* Keep daily reports and schedule work in cooperation with other trades and team members.
