Experienced Carpenter – Custom Residential Construction & Home Maintenance

This role is designed for Carpenters experienced in residential construction who are already employed and looking for a long-term home at which to progress their careers. The position is based in Richmond, VA
.

This role is hands-on, detail oriented, and varied. Includes but not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting plans
• Interior and exterior trim work
• Window and door installation
• Door hardware installation
• Demolition
• Renovation framing

This opportunity is ideal for carpenters who:

• Have proven carpentry experience
• Own their own hand tools and small power tools
• Are organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
