As a Master Plumber on our Richmond team, you will support our Installation teams in delivering five‑star shower installation and bath remodel experiences. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing‑related operations
• Balance your schedule with approximately 30% office and 70% field work
• Review upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits
• Schedule rough‑in inspections and facilitate pre‑installation and on‑site final inspections
• Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing questions via phone or site visits
• Act as primary backup to the Installation Manager, assisting with scheduling installations, completing pre‑install inspections, and ordering products as needed

• Valid Virginia Master Plumber License in good standing for the designated territory
• Passion for using plumbing expertise to develop the skills of others
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid smartphone or smart device for two‑factor authentication into company systems
