Position Summary: Responsible for maintenance and repair of medium to large plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality service, safety compliance, and positive customer interactions.

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including supply, waste, grease, and hydronic systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections per service agreements
• Accurately complete and submit required documentation (e.g. work orders, receipts, logs)
• Use company mobile tech tools and maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Manage truck inventory and tool usage; obtain purchase orders as needed
• Communicate job status with service coordinator; attend required meetings
• Follow all company and site-specific safety protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification
• 4+ years of plumbing service experience
• Knowledge of BOCA code and OSHA safety standards
• Strong diagnostics, documentation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly
• Flexible to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and on call as needed

Physical Requirements

• Lift/carry up to 80 lbs. with assistance for heavier items
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and ladder climbing
• Must wear PPE and be fit for physical fieldwork in varied environments
• Good vision (corrected or uncorrected)
