• Complete Orkin’s award‑winning training program.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Follow a route schedule, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate and maintain the company vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem‑solver, listening carefully to customer needs and recommending efficient solutions.
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services with customers.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties.
• Document all service activities accurately on a handheld device.

• Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc., with proper PPE (including OSHA‑compliant respirator).
• Work in various weather conditions.

• No experience required – training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the required pesticide license within 90 days of employment (paid by company).
• Independent field work, route management, and customer interaction skills.
