The Handyman reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the physical and mechanical aspects of the property.

Responsibilities include:

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, HVAC certification, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance. Candidates should have excellent diagnostic skills, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude.
