Cooling Tower Helper

• Must be able to demonstrate proper and basic power and hand tool knowledge and usage
• Must be willing to learn from others around them in proper field techniques and skills
• Completion of jobs in a timely manner that satisfies the customer
• Willingness to learn the trade and the skills that come with it to be a valued employee
• Occasional travel out of town as well as overtime and weekends (scheduled in advance)
• Ability to work in tight spaces, from heights, and on ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in different weather conditions: heat, cold, light rain, snow
• Adherence to company safety policies and proper PPE at all times

• High School diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 or 30 (not required, but beneficial)
