Following a series of new contract wins in Virginia, they are seeking for a Telecom Underground Laborer to join their expanding team and help ensure the continued reliability and performance of their network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks
- Support the crew with various physical labor duties as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
- Operate machinery and equipment used in construction projects
- Perform physically intensive tasks in a construction setting
- Help install underground piping and conduit, assist with manual digging and trenching, and use power tools as needed
Skills/Must have:
- Experience in underground utility work is highly valued
- Capable of bending, kneeling, digging, reaching, and other physical activities
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders
- Willingness to travel as required
- Physically fit to lift and move heavy materials
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Proficient in using construction-related power tools
- Possession of a valid CDL-A license is a plus

Salary:
- $16 - $20 per hour
