Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, office areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter zones; note and report unusual activity and/or hazards;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, directing people to appropriate resources, and/or requesting public services when needed;
Monitor access points and key areas through rounds and/or video monitoring; help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and reporting concerns to site leadership;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and service requests in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
