Provide customer service to clients at a technology location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, damaged property, or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and respond to access control needs, directing visitors, vendors, and drivers according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach and timely notifications to site contacts and emergency services;
Complete patrol and incident reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate shift updates to leadership and on-site client team
