Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, work areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions; help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations through a visible presence and professional communication.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency services as needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
